The MANGO(P/N: MG2400-F48) is a true single chip which is compliant to IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee⑩ standard. The chip integrates 2.4GHz radio transceiver, VCO, T/R switch, 1.5V regulator, RTC, 802.15.4 MAC, AES-128 bit encryption engine, and high-speed 8-bit microcontroller into sigle die.
MANGO has world-class performance in Tx power, sensitivity, data rate and current consumption. Typical Tx power is 5dBm @ 1.5V operation and 7dBm @ 1.8V operation. Scalable data rate from 250kbps to 1Mbps is one of out-standing features. Max. Rx sensitivity is -101 dBm. MANGO is the ideal solution for not only ZigBee application but also industry stand wireless applications.
