[求助]allegro BGA扇出出错

我用的15.7版本，在做一个BGA芯片扇出的时候提示如下错误：



下面是specctra.log的记录文件，看提示好像说我一个中间层"SIGNAL"设置的自动布线垂直走线出错，不知道怎么回事。
