求助：关于Cadence 16.3中的PCB Router问题

在PCB router打开.dsn文件时，出现下图


找不到许可文件，
而且在使用PCB Editor扇出时也出现了相似的问题，如下图：


specctra.log文件如下，

之前在使用这个软件时没出过问题，一直都用着很好。。
不知道有没有和我遇到一样问题的，请帮下忙~~
