dell 的win7系统无法安装dxp2004sp2？

各位好：
我的笔记本电脑是dell的win7家庭版，在英文状态下安装DXP2004，十几二十分钟后提示无安装中断：dxp2004sp2 was interruted before your software was fully installed.You can retun this installation at another time to complete the setup of this software.卸载安装几次都是如此。有朋友也是win7家庭版（惠普电脑），可以正常安装使用。
请问各位大侠这是什么问题引起的？有没解决方法？谢谢！
