摘要:
晶闸管交流调功器是国际电工委员会(IEC)命名的“半导体交流功率控制器”(Semiconductor AC Power Controller)的一种,它以晶闸管(可控硅SCR或双向可控硅TRIAC)为开关元件,是一种可以快速、精确地控制合闸时间的无触点开关,是自动控制温度系统高精度及高动态指标必不可少的功率终端控制设备。它用于以镍铬或铁镍铝等电阻材料为发热元件的电加热器的温度自动控制,它与PID温度调节仪或计算机、温度传感器和电加热器组成闭环温控系统,温控精度可达±0.5%~1%.本文介绍说明了晶闸管调功器在某氧气厂加热炉上的应用。

Abstract:
Thyristor AC Power Controller is the one of Semiconductor AC Power Controller as defined by IEC. And it is the switch without contact ,,and can control the time of close quickly and precisely with the thyristor (SCR or TRIAC).And it is indispensable to the power terminal control device in the automatic temperature system with high precision and dynamic. It is used to temperature automatic control in electrical heater which used the Nickel-Throme and Iron-Nickel-Aluminum as heating element. It constitutes the closed-loop temperature control system with PID temperature setting instrument or computer、temperature sensor ,and electrical heater. And its temperature precision can arrive at ±0.5%~1%. This paper introduces application of Thyristor AC Power Controller on the electrical heater in an Oxygen Plant.
